Book mates Rock & Read Facilitator Certification Training consists of a two day hands on activity based workshop.  Topics include:

Þ    The Bookmates Rock & Read Philosophy

Þ    Rhyme, story, and song;

Þ    Book sharing and book making techniques;

Þ    Parent and child literacy activities and topics.

By the end of this training, participants will have the philosophy and practical experience required to run this family literacy program in their communities.

Bookmates Rock and Read Facilitator Certification Training is ideal for people working with families, such as ECE’s, family resource staff, nursery, kindergarten, and resource teachers, health professionals, family literacy practitioners, and home visitors.

Please dress comfortably.  Space is limited – 16 seats per session.
